Returns & Exchanges

At Usagi Draws, we want you to love your wearable art; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
